These classic shortbread cookies topped with scrumptious Lindt chocolate have an elegant appearance and a spectacular salty sweetness that’s perfect for the holidays. And they’re so simple to create!

If  you’ve never had Lindt chocolate, it’s easily one of the best chocolates I’ve ever tasted, and there are so many options and flavours to choose from. You could easily change this shortbread and dark chocolate combination with another option.

The recipe can be found on Lindt’s holiday site, Lindt the Season, and print magazine available at Lindt stores, both filled with delicious recipes, practical holiday tips, decorating and gifting ideas incorporating Lindt chocolate.     The strawberries dipped in chocolate is my all time fav but that chocolate caramel bundt cake looks devine!!

  37. I love the sound of the chocolate fondant tart in the recipes. Think I will make this for my Christmas dinner dessert. Fingers crossed.

    The Swiss Classic has been my go-to Lindt bar for years although my favourite right now is the Intense Chili Dark Chocolate, yum!

  47. I would love to try the Lindt Chocolate Lave Cakes, I have always wanted to make them and with Lindt chocolate they would be the bomb!

  50. The Lindt recipe I’d like to make is the White Chocolate and Raspberry Torte! OMG!!! It looks amazing. But let’s be real–so do all the recipes. The Lindt chocolate mousse! Insane. My favourite chocolate, for sure. 🙂
