I am crossing my fingers! I have been drooling over your cookies and others that run in your same circle. I have made several batches and they didn’t turn out too bad. Thanks for all of your information and pictures! My poor mixer is a cheapo one that I have has for years and every time I use it, it smells hot. One of these days it’s just going to go poof! If I won, I would give the other mixer to my friend Allie. She loves to cook too. She is self employed as a nanny and on a very tight budget. She really wants to start her own foodie blog. I would soooo love to win for her too!
