Cookies are an essential part of the holiday season but are also fun to decorate and share any time of the year.
These penguins were meant to be for Christmas but I didn’t get them finished in time, but they’re also perfect for winter or any time, really!
The design is from a cookie tin I found a few years ago and the cookie cutter was custom made by Cheap Cookie Cutters. They have such a wide array of cookie cutters and also do custom orders – they’re one of my favorite cookie cutter sources.
The decorating techniques are beginner level but since I’m not the best at drawing, I like using a projector to help with the design. The penguin is simple enough that I’m guessing most people wouldn’t need the template! If you’d like to try the projector for this or other projects, my tutorial is HERE.

Thank you Sweetopia for this video. I’ve been able to do some penguin cookies decoration by myself though not so perfect like yours. In 2022, I should be able to do it so well.
