Happy September, sweet friends! I’m excited to share that I’ll be offering my first cookie decorating workshop for these cookies. I’ve taught cookie decorating to school groups of teens for 15 years, but this will be the first time I’ll be doing small classes out of my home. Spots go live today for two sessions on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019, from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm or 3:30 pm – 6:30 pm.
No experience is necessary and all materials will be supplied. The workshop includes the basics of cookie decorating and you’ll be decorating the cookies pictured on the wood cake stand (one of the wreaths, your choice). You’ll be leaving with 5 full sized cookies which can be enjoyed immediately or frozen for a future event.
The main workshop topics will include royal icing consistencies, outlining, flooding, silicon molds, layering, wet on wet, working with edible food pens, the Pico projector, edible moss, royal icing transfers and marbling.
You can REGISTER HERE.
I’m located near Barrie, Ontario, Canada, so if geography is an issue, I’ve made a digital download as an option available for you, including how-to videos for each cookie and a detailed, matching PDF. You can find the PDF HERE.
Expect a little giveaway surprise as well! Really looking forward to this, hope to see you there!
xo,
Marian
p.s.s. In case you’re interested, I have added a few other digital downloads to my new shop as well, a Royal Icing Guide and a Cut Out Cookie guide. You can find them HERE.
p.s.s. Special thanks to Creative Bag for providing the take-home cookie boxes and stickers, to How Sweet is That? for providing the cookie turntables and some goodies, to West Coast Stencils for providing the buck stencil, to Rainbow Dust for providing the edible ink pens and to The Sweetest Tiers for providing pretty scribe tools!

Thank you for answering.

Hi Cecile,
Yes, you can. I would keep them in an airtight container until you’re ready to decorate.
