Chock full of delicious frosting recipes and inspirational photos, Pizzazzerie’s Courtney Dial Whitmore’s new book, Frostings, has me clambering to get back into the kitchen to bake. From classics like American, Swiss, French and Italian Buttercream to Mocha Hazelnut Ganache and Zesty Lemon Glaze, her recipes make this book invaluable to any kind of baker, and will be a go-to resource in my kitchen!

I love that Courtney includes tips and troubleshooting, along with beautiful photos for every recipe.

She’s let me share a sneak peek of some photos inside, her recipe for Zesty Lemon Glaze, and a giveaway for a copy of her new book!

Zesty Lemon Glaze Recipe

1 cup powdered sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice

In a medium bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice.
This simple glaze is perfect for pouring over pound cakes, muffins, scones, or other breakfast treats!
