My mouth was watering with all the delicious, decadent food favorites you left in the comment section.  Thanks to you I now know what buckeyes and Pandoro are, and I was reminded of so many things I want to try again…. hot cider, fudge, ALL kinds of cookies, egg nog, Stollen and… well, you get the idea.  I’ll be buying new pants for January.

I even made a red velvet cake today for the first time!   (Well that was partly because my friend Kim gave me The Pioneer Woman’s cookbook for Christmas and I couldn’t resist trying it).
