I like chocolate fudge cake with chocolate icing.

Oh, there are SOOOO many wonderful choices, it’s hard to narrow down! But I really love a rich, dark chocolate cake with buttercream, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top…..then, mix it all together!!!!!! YUM!!!

My absolute favorite comes from Fleur de Cocoa Patisserie — it is a dark chocolate sponge cake with Marion blackberry dark chocolate mousse. UMMM. It is so yummy. But really, any dark chocolate cake will do.

Hmmm – my favourite flavour changes almost daily. Right now, it’s Irish Cream cake filled with caramel buttercream and a thin layer of dark chocolate ganache, all topped with Bailey’s buttercream. yuuuummmmm
