very nice patterns …. I like them all.
I see the thickness and thinness on 1-10 sec rule on this blog . But I want the exact proportion to make royal icing as mine got lumps.
please help.

Hi Subraja, it really does depend on the humidity in your area; it actually makes a difference, but I add (in total) about one and one quarter cup to my icing. That being said, the longer you mix it the thicker it gets, and vice versa.
So, if you’re having lumps, it seems like you need a little more water and/OR you need to strain your icing sugar and meringue powder etc.
