First, since you outline the cookie first and color it in later, do you make and tint the royal icing all at once and then store it until you use it? Second, when you do the outline and then let it dry for so long before you finish decorating, do you cover the cookies or leave them out on a plate or cooling rack?</description>

		<description>Thank you for sharing your tips! Your creations are beautiful! I make Chocolate chip cookies but leaving them out for any stretch of time will cause them to soften. How do you leave out your cookies and not have them soften?</description>
