Colorful Cupcake Liners

Share it!

pic for blog by you.

I had some time over the spring break to play around with some cupcake recipes and just couldn’t resist using these colorful cupcake liners from Cupcake Kit: Recipes, Liners, and Decorating Tools for Making the Best Cupcakes! I guess I’m a sucker for packaging as well, because they just looked so pretty in the box they were in. The little cupcake book inside the box has a few great baking tips and includes recipes… Thought I’d try a classic; chocolate cupcake. Although the recipe was tasty and pretty moist, it isn’t my favourite chocolate cupcake recipe out there. I’ll post that one another day! (Unless I find another one even better; I’m always experimenting).

Cupcake Kit by you.

I found that it was hard to see the pattern on the liners once the cupcakes were baked so I doubled them up on the cake stand.

    Hi Marian,

The cupcakes look so adorable. I saw that kit for cupcakes on my last visit to Chapters thought I didn’t get it because I’ve already too many cupcakes gadgets =). I love cake stands, I have already a couple but I’ve been looking for the ones you have here, regular stores don’t carry them. Can you tell me where can I buy them?

    Thanks, Rossana

    Hi Rossana,
Thanks! I know what you mean, I have so many cupcake ‘gadgets’ that I’ll have projects to do for many years to come! I just couldn’t resist these though! =) I bought the cupcake stands at a bakery in Barrie called Holly’s Sweets & Eats. Hope that helps; please don’t hesitate to email me if you have any more questions.
    xo,
    Marian

I order from Amazon.com, (have a P.O. box in the States though), and McCall’s Baker’s Warehouse. If you’re in the Toronto area the Bonnie Gordon school sells some unique cake tools, however she doesn’t sell on-line.

you can get beautiful and different designs from a website: http://www.vikingimporting.com. I notice that they add different designs all the time. My experience with the company has been great, they ship on time and the customer service is terrific.
